EDUCATION FUND

The Florence L Cotton Nursing Education Fund

Individuals employed in health care are invited to apply for educational assistance from this fund which was endowed in memory of Florence L Cotton. The purpose of the fund is to provide for further education of nursing or technical staff already employed in health care in order to upgrade and enhance their skills thus encouraging these individuals to remain in health care as a long term career.

Application Format
      1. Applicants name, address and postal code, phone, fax and email.
      2. Present employer, position and supervisor/manager.
      3. Desired educational program, course, conference or opportunity with specifics (time, place, cost,etc.)
      4. Benefit expected.
      5. Letter in support from applicant’s supervisor/manager or department head.
